 The Pneumatic Control Console
is used to control and monitor inflation of lifting pneumatic bags for use in crash
recovery systems. Pressure gauges are provided to indicate inlet pressure and outlet
pressure to individual pneumatic modules. Outlet pressures are manually controlled
using ball valves. Adjustable relief valves prevent over-pressurization of the console or
lifting bag(s). A steel cover with snap down latches is provided for stacking
multiple units and for protection during transportation. The low cost,
light weight, and versatility of this unit make it especially useful
in situations where a variety of lifting bags may be encountered.
Since each port has it's own adjustable relief valve, lifting bags with
different inflation pressures can be inflated simultaneously with the same
